I am a 32-year-old professional with a background in Graphic Design, IT Support, and Networking. I graduated from Universitas Sumatera Utara with a GPA of 3.02 in Computer Science major. With a result-oriented approach, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. I have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In my role as a Graphic Designer, I started my career as a freelancer in 2011. I have developed creative designs for both print and digital media, such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics. I collaborate closely with clients to understand their design requirements and provide visually appealing solutions. I am proficient in industry-standard software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.

Additionally, I have expertise in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices. I have also assisted in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and system functionality.
