Job Description:

• Be the coding hero and mentor to fellow team members
• Translate UX and UI designs into functional and practical web components
• Build, enhance and iterate on existing and new project functionality
• Lead in defining suitable architecture and design patterns
• Build and maintain backend technologies and APIs to support project initiatives
• Lead in code review and participate in bug stomping
• Contribute in building reusable code and libraries for reuse
• Lead in writing good server side and client tests for continuous delivery, integration and ensuring quality

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of web markup using HTML and CSS
• Good understanding of client side scripting using Javascript and jQuery
• Proficient in server side PHP and/or NodeJS
• Proficient in NoSQL and relational databases such as: MongoDB, MySQL, Postgresql
• Code Versioning tooling using Git and a champion for good Git practices
• Practical SEO understanding and best practices
• Solid understanding of using test frameworks to write test cases

Bonus with any of the following:

• React and Redux
• React Native
• Meteor or other similar rapid development environments

Qualifications:

• At least a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
• Sharp analytical skills. Strong sense of ownership and desire to innovate. Quick to learn and adapt.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and able to collaborate. Willing to grow with the company
• Ability to lead a team and be a technical mentor for future team mates
• Able to communicate proficiently in Bahasa and English
