About the program

6-month program under contractual basis with competitive compensation package and immense learning opportunity

• Phase 1 (3 months): Work in pair to solve technically complex problem under guidance of our senior engineers.
• Phase 2 (3 months): Attend our engineering boot camp. You will learn about writing clean code, Test Driven Development, Design Pattern, CI/CD, Container, Mobile Development, UX Design, and Data Science in highly diverse working environment.

After the program, you will be assessed by panel of senior engineers. If you perform well, you will be considered to get full time offer from companies under GO-JEK Group.

Minimum Requirement

• Final year student /fresh graduate with computer science, software engineering, and other technically related field. Software engineers with less than 3 years of experience are also welcomed to apply
• Solid understanding in Algorithm, Data Structure, and Object Oriented Programming
• Passionate about writing code and learning about various aspects in tech industry
• Curious and able to learn independently
• Good team player
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English

Preferred Requirement

• Have prior project/working experience using either Java, Kotlin, Swift, Go, Clojure, or Ruby
• Participate in tech related activities outside academic requirement, including but not limited to: open source projects, Hackathon, Competitive Programming, Olympiads, technology communities
