A retail transformation startup in Solo, Central Java, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join the team. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients and business analysts to prototype user interface designs
• Design and development of wireframes, sitemaps, and site navigation
• Working with user to determine optimal human computer interaction
• Working with developers to refine design based on operational requirements
• Following project schedules and assignments
• Collaborating as a dedicated team member and demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate with other team members
• Working with software configuration tools such as Git and Subversion
• Working with Photoshop/Affinity designer and other design tools as required
• Creating collateral and assets
• HTML design and creation
• Working on multiple simultaneous projects (depending on the size and scope)
• Communicating status reports, in verbal and written form
• Managing social media presence

• Must be able to create base HTML/CSS for designs without reliance on generators
• 4-year degree or related experience
• Previous design experience or ability to demonstrate competency equivalence
• Creating presentations in PowerPoint
• Strong Interpersonal and communications skills
