PGS Tech is a retail transformation startup based in Solo, Central Java. We are building products that help brick and mortar retails, malls, and wholesale centers to transform into a high tech market and stay relevant in the digital era by maximizing online-to-offline experience, customer analytics, customer payment, loyalty, and discovery of new tech-enabled business models.

• Leading the team for timely product releases
• Good understanding of various technologies and being able to come up with the solution to address the problem at hand.
• Understand scale and how to engineer scalable applications
• Being able to come up with a strong and clear architecture based on the requirements from the team.
• Presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Exploring new technology/framework/languages that are useful for the engineering/business team.
• Be passionate about building teams and take pride in the growth of your team members.

• 5 or more years of experience in Software Development, with a Computer Science/Engineering degree, preferably from a tier 1 institute.
• Good hands-on experience in architecture and development of at least one large scale web application
• Experience in leading a team of engineers in a product-driven organization.
