• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Implement, enhance and maintain web applications.
• Assist team leader, in analyzing business process and creating application design requirements and specifications for the assigned projects.
• Working closely with other team members to deliver good quality and performance applications within defined timeline.
• Provide recommendations of new technology, methodology, design iteration, to constantly improve the development process.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Create and maintain software documentation that related to assigned tasks / projects.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
• Integrate User Interface (made with Bootstrap, Foundation, Materialize, etc) with PHP Framework.

• Proven working experience (min 2 years) in web programming.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Golang.
• Hands on experience with MVC Framework (Laravel), Service Oriented Architecture, Web Service (REST).
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems (especially MySQL, MongoDB is a plus), Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
• Familiar with git and git-flow.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Teamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of others.
